Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years’ experience in digital advertising, focusing on paid social or direct response marketing.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale paid social campaigns with monthly budgets over $1 million.
- Expertise in Meta advertising platforms and campaign optimization methods.
- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities with proficiency in detecting performance trends.
- Advanced Excel skills complemented by robust analytical abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills enabling clear explanation of technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Comfortable working remotely within Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Additional familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence tools, or analytics platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with other platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is preferred.
- Collaboration experience with creative teams or involvement in social media content creation is a plus.
