About the Role
We are representing a partner company seeking a Paid Media Manager based in Ireland. This fully remote position offers a chance to design and optimize paid media strategies in a fast-paced digital setting. The role involves managing advertising campaigns across multiple markets, turning customer journeys into impactful campaigns that deliver measurable business results. It requires close collaboration with marketing, content, data, and technical teams to link strategy with execution and enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, oversee, and refine paid media campaigns across diverse regional markets, making sure they align with company goals and enhance customer experience.
- Convert customer journey insights into media plans, campaign structures, key performance indicators, and actionable plans for implementation.
- Define campaign scopes, rollout stages, and sprint activities in partnership with agile methodology teams.
- Collaborate with campaign architects, business analysts, solution architects, and regional stakeholders to develop optimal paid media workflows.
- Construct and advance advertising campaigns on various platforms while identifying chances to improve targeting, segmentation, creative impact, and channel efficiency.
- Handle technical requirements including pixels, tags, product feeds, tracking configurations, UTM parameters, and website integration.
- Work with data and performance teams to track KPIs, assess outcomes, and ensure precise campaign reporting.
- Assist creative teams by reviewing ad messaging, content direction, and campaign materials, and formulate detailed briefs for agencies regarding image, video, and social media content needs.
- Manage campaign launches in different markets by coordinating content preparation, localization, translation, and technical aspects.
- Enhance lead generation workflows, user pathways, and conversion funnels from advertisements to digital touchpoints like websites and forms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, requirements, workflows, and updates using collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across various markets and digital channels.
- In-depth understanding of platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Proven ability to partner with agencies, creatives, and content studios to achieve high-quality marketing outputs.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, campaign optimizations, and KPI formulation.
- Experience in driving lead generation campaigns, managing funnel processes from acquisition to conversion.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, audience segmentation, customer characteristics, and marketing automation tools.
- Awareness of technical advertising aspects like pixels, tagging, product feed management, tracking markers, and attribution methods.
- Familiarity with campaign management software such as Marketing Cloud or Advertising Studio is advantageous.
- Capability to collaborate with data professionals to analyze metrics and boost campaign effectiveness.
- Comfort with agile work frameworks including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog handling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher, suitable for international cooperation.
- Sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach.
