Organizational Development Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to enhance organizational efficiency by developing HR strategies, facilitating change management, and optimizing employee and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with initiatives aimed at organizational development and enhancement.
• Support activities related to organizational structure design, job analyses, and strategic workforce planning.
• Participate in performance management systems and employee growth programs.
• Drive and support change management efforts alongside organizational projects.
• Evaluate HR-related data and generate insightful reports with recommendations.
• Engage with management and stakeholders to address and fulfill business objectives.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• At least five years of proven experience working within Organizational Development or HR domains.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English languages.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
