About the Team

The Regional Marketplace Operations function focuses on removing friction, solving operational challenges, and rolling out practical improvements that strengthen the experience for buyers, sellers, and partners. The group works at the heart of the business, partnering across functions to run end-to-end e-commerce operations and build scalable solutions that can deliver impact across multiple markets.

The team works across core operational areas such as customer service, payments, listings, seller operations, returns and refunds, and fraud. It continually studies the underlying mechanics of each area and pushes strategic changes that improve policy, processes, and product features.

Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership as a key contributor in shaping app and operational workflows through rigorous analysis and well-structured initiatives.
