About the Team
The Regional Marketplace Operations function focuses on removing friction, solving operational challenges, and rolling out practical improvements that strengthen the experience for buyers, sellers, and partners. The group works at the heart of the business, partnering across functions to run end-to-end e-commerce operations and build scalable solutions that can deliver impact across multiple markets.
The team works across core operational areas such as customer service, payments, listings, seller operations, returns and refunds, and fraud. It continually studies the underlying mechanics of each area and pushes strategic changes that improve policy, processes, and product features.
Job Description
- Partner with senior leadership as a key contributor in shaping app and operational workflows through rigorous analysis and well-structured initiatives.
- Take part in project-led work to identify practical solutions that materially improve e-commerce processes and the overall customer experience.
- Independently lead and deliver high-impact projects spanning multiple operations workstreams and verticals.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
- Use clear and tactful communication to drive adoption of better planning and execution practices based on project results.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or another closely related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, management consulting, or internal strategy roles.
- Strong capability in analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across teams in different markets and cultural settings.
- Proven experience collaborating with varied stakeholders in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid complex project management ability.
