Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help drive impactful change in the care community across the country. This role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully while supporting the future direction of care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all new employees comply with company, federal, and state employment regulations.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for assigned candidates, ensuring timely and accurate profile creation within relevant systems.
  • Conduct employment eligibility verification, including background checks, discretionary risk assessments, I-9 completion, EPS staff verifications, Social Security validation, certification confirmations, and other necessary screenings.
  • Manage applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System and gather all required employee documents, verifying their accuracy.
  • Keep management updated on any policy changes affecting the division.
  • May perform other administrative duties such as maintaining confidential document files and attending team and company training sessions.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Displays empathy, maturity, and team-oriented behavior with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, dependable, detail-focused, respects confidentiality, and comfortable managing sensitive information while adhering strictly to policies.
  • Possesses intermediate to advanced computer capabilities, especially in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Educational background includes a high school diploma or GED minimum; bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, human resources, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or onboarding and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is favorable.

Physical Requirements
