Role Overview

The Talent Recruiter will be instrumental in driving company growth by sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for various roles excluding administrative positions. Reporting to the HR Director, this person will manage end-to-end recruitment, facilitate onboarding, and promote early assimilation of new hires with the company's core values. Collaboration with store managers and leadership across multiple stores is essential to align staffing efforts with business needs while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience that upholds company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from talent sourcing through onboarding for all non-administrative roles.
• Collaborate with store and regional leaders to determine staffing requirements and create customized recruitment plans.
• Present a shortlist of at least three candidates per role who align with company culture to hiring managers.
• Maintain a typical time-to-fill of 2-3 weeks for standard positions to promote operational efficiency.
• Administer Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage job postings, and communicate effectively with applicants to ensure positive candidate engagement.
• Lead onboarding programs, including initial and 30-day check-ins, to support new employee integration.
• Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and other human resources documentation.
• Conduct regular visits to stores to foster trust, gain insight into job requirements, and gather feedback on recruitment processes.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand through active communication and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive recruitment approach.
• Experience in retail or field recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency in managing ATS and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Skilled in effective sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working in store and field settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
