About the Role and Company

MBM is seeking a seasoned Omni-Channel Business Manager to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for multiple clients. This role requires a hands-on approach to combine strategic media planning, client leadership, project coordination, and mentoring within a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated media strategies spanning both offline and digital channels.
  • Manage end-to-end media planning from initial client briefing to market launch.
  • Partner with Business Directors and media specialists to establish effective campaigns.
  • Utilize audience insights and media research tools to guide media recommendations.
  • Assist in measurement frameworks including campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Serve as principal daily liaison for clients, ensuring outstanding account service and communication.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through proactive engagement and clear presentation of media plans and results.
  • Coordinate campaign deployment, ensuring timelines and goals are met with precision.
  • Oversee briefings, trafficking, buying, and delivery processes across various media platforms.
  • Manage client budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and account reconciliations meticulously.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to cultivate their planning capabilities and encourage a high-performance culture.
  • Develop strong partnerships with media owners and industry players to discover new innovations and strategic opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience in media planning, strategy, and client servicing within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting integrated media plans across both digital and offline channels.
  • Confident in developing and presenting media recommendations and communication plans to clients.
  • Familiarity with media research and planning tools such as eTAM, Ad Intel, CMI, TVMap, Calibre, Hivestack, pDOOH Vista, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Financial acumen including managing budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and purchase orders.
  • Exceptional client and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of translating complex strategies into accessible client presentations and reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Highly organized with outstanding time management skills suitable for fast-paced work environments.
