This position is part of the Loss Prevention & Security team at The Ritz-Carlton in Doha. The role focuses on protecting guests, employees, and property while supporting a safe, orderly, and luxurious hotel environment.

Key duties

  • Patrol the property and support guest room access when needed.
  • Watch CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and life-safety systems.
  • Secure entrances when required and carry out routine physical hazard checks.
  • Respond to accidents and emergencies, including contacting EMS or giving first aid/CPR when appropriate.
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and help manage disturbances.
  • Escalate incidents, attacks, accidents, and other security events to the right people.
  • Remove unwelcome individuals from the property without disrupting hotel operations.
  • Attend vehicle accident and theft scenes and call for backup using the correct code responses.
  • Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and daily activity logs for all loss prevention matters.
  • Keep security and property documentation confidential and share it only with authorized personnel.
  • Investigate incidents, collect evidence, and interview relevant parties.
