Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our compact yet rapidly expanding team. This role is hands-on and focuses on managing the daily administrative functions necessary to support the operational growth of our cleaning service business. The position involves close collaboration with the Business Director to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing worker schedules and coordinating rosters effectively
- Administering payroll processes and managing timesheets accurately
- Maintaining compliance records and necessary documentation
- Handling client communications and managing inquiries professionally
- Coordinating with suppliers and contractors as required
- Overseeing general office duties including filing and administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in office management or business administration roles
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Capacity to work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog
- Familiarity with small business tools such as Xero, Microsoft 365, or equivalent software
Additional Information
Salary: $80,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
