About the Role

Keys Facility Management Services, a provider of professional facility management solutions across Bengaluru, is seeking a smart, proactive, and confident female Office Coordinator to enhance their team based at Anjanapura, JP Nagar, Bengaluru - 560108.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with field staff throughout Bengaluru to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure completion of employee joining documentation through consistent follow-ups.
• Keep accurate records of staff attendance.
• Generate and manage salary sheets using Excel.
• Create quotations and process invoice issuance.
• Compose and dispatch professional correspondence via email.
• Participate in client meetings alongside the Facility Management team.
• Assist with daily office operations and other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Kannada and English, spoken and written.
• Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, and email usage.
• Possess confidence, boldness, proactivity, and a keenness to learn.
• Able to coordinate efficiently with field teams and clients.

Compensation

Monthly salary will be determined based on interview outcomes, typically ranging between 18000 and 25000 INR.
