Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Receptionist to join us permanently in a full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. This role involves working on a 7-day rotating roster that includes both day and overnight shifts. The position demands a hands-on and detail-oriented individual committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences as part of the Accor lifestyle brand collective Ennismore.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all billing is accurate and processed promptly.
• Facilitate open communication between guests and hotel departments.
• Provide courteous responses to all queries and redirect them appropriately.
• Assist guests with vehicle and luggage handling, guaranteeing timely service.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the guest services desk, hotel lobby, and forecourt areas.
• Support guest reservation management and ensure requests are addressed and recorded correctly.
• Handle late arrivals and early departures with customer-focused procedures.
• Utilize Opera Cloud PMS for audit balancing, reporting, and generating statistical data following finance protocols.
• Compile and distribute night audit reports according to PCI compliance standards.
• Execute computer system backups per financial policies.
• Support night services including room service, valet, and porter services to streamline guest arrivals and departures.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license; responsible for guest car parking between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Familiarity with the local area is a strong advantage.
• Experience with OPERA Cloud PMS is highly desirable.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Background in night shifts within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Reservations experience is beneficial.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage emergencies efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with hotel management and front-office software.
• Willingness to obtain Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and manager’s certificate if not already held.
