About the Position
CoTrain seeks a neuroscientist to collaborate with their team developing decision-intelligence tools that support business growth by understanding the psychological and neurological drivers behind consumer purchasing behavior. Primary Responsibilities
- Design and execute neuroscience-based studies exploring how consumers make buying decisions
- Analyze consumer behavior data through cognitive science and behavioral neuroscience perspectives to uncover actionable decision-making trends
- Convert intricate neural mechanisms into clear insights that influence product innovation and client strategies
- Manage testing procedures, interpret biometric and behavioral information, and guide experimental methodology to ensure research accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
- Possess a PhD or MS in neuroscience, cognitive science, or related disciplines from Ivy League or top research institutions
- Proficient in integrating consumer psychology, behavioral economics, and decision-making theories

Compensation and Work Arrangements
This project offers fully remote, part-time engagement with competitive monthly remuneration ranging from $4,500 to $15,000. The duration is 3 to 6 months, allowing flexible work schedules that empower independent management of tasks.
