  • Design and manage depot payment frameworks and conduct regular depot audits.
  • Ensure adherence to Product Distribution Process (PDP) compliances and implement Customer Relationship Service Excellence (CRSE) practices.
  • Motivate and guide Customer Service Officers (CSOs) and warehouse representatives to achieve excellent service metric results.
  • Promote and monitor warehouse best practices consistently across all regions.
  • Plan and deliver effective training modules to upskill teams involved in warehouse and customer service functions.
  • Monitor and develop customer service metrics to measure satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Regional Customer Service Managers to address norm corrections and redesign product distribution processes as needed.
