Job Overview

Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a critical role in managing product stock and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience while prioritizing safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price updates, product rotation, and special merchandising projects aimed at optimizing product displays for customers and fulfilling supplier requirements.
• Apply merchandising strategies to ensure products are displayed accurately to boost sales.
• Construct displays and fixtures using basic hand and power tools, and update display materials such as signage and brochures.
• Collaborate within teams under on-site supervision to service multiple store departments, involving tasks that require repetitive lifting, bending, and use of lift equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store colleagues and deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally.

• Available shifts include day and overnight positions.
