Medical Records Coordinator

Role Overview

Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring a Medical Records Coordinator to help keep resident documentation organized, accurate, and compliant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, detail work, and supporting a healthcare team from behind the scenes rather than through direct bedside care.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep resident medical records maintained, arranged, and periodically checked for accuracy.
• Review charts to make sure they are complete and aligned with compliance requirements.
• Support clinical team members by handling record requests and helping with documentation needs.
• Protect sensitive resident information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Careful attention to detail and a strong accuracy mindset.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and filing systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful, though not mandatory.
• A reliable, organized, and collaborative approach to work.

Compensation
