Role Overview
This onsite, full-time position involves maintaining and repairing company vehicles to guarantee safety, compliance, and readiness. Responsibilities include scheduled upkeep, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, fixing components such as engines and brakes, recording maintenance activities, handling unexpected breakdowns, and collaborating with operations to reduce downtime. The role supports fleet performance to meet the demands of executive travel.
Qualifications
- Proficient in maintenance, preventive servicing, and repairs of commercial or passenger vehicles.
- Experience with heavy-duty or large vehicles and understanding of relevant safety and compliance regulations.
- Skilled in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system problems.
- Holds a technical certification or apprenticeship in automotive mechanics or vehicle maintenance.
- Familiar with diagnostic instruments, workshop tools, and manufacturer maintenance protocols.
- Capable of interpreting technical manuals, service schedules, and maintenance documentation.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Possesses a full, clean driving license; prior experience in transport or executive travel sectors is beneficial.
