Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage impactful consulting projects centered around data strategy and advanced analytics using Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to architect innovative, actionable data solutions for clients.
- Leverage your established professional network to drive business development and position the firm as a trusted advisor in AI and analytics.
- Shape and evolve practice methodologies, analytical tools, and thought leadership focusing on nascent technologies.
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering teamwork and continuous professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years advisory experience specializing in Data & Analytics and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Mandatory extensive hands-on experience with Databricks technology.
- Strong expertise in data platform architecture, integration, machine learning, and emerging AI technologies.
- Strategic thinking capability, excellent communication skills, and aptitude for building sustainable client relationships.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and preferably membership in a professional body within your field.
