Senior Consultant - Business Processes in Data and Analytics

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of Success Plans and Professional Services.
• Promote adoption of SAP technologies, including AI-based solutions.
• Support customers in migrating to modern, cloud-based data and analytics architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes for projects, customers, and partners.
• Transfer technical knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor and handle issue de-escalations effectively.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Experience engaging directly onsite with customers and partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAC (including SAC Planning and Business Planning & Consolidation), SAP HANA modeling, and SAP BW/4HANA.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Knowledge of ABAP CDS Views, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP HANA Administration.
• Experience with SAP BW migrations, transformations, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP platform.
• Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google BigQuery, Collibra, and cloud providers Azure, GCP, or AWS.
