Role Overview
US Mortgages is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team in Centennial, CO. This role supports increasing business volume and requires a skilled professional with residential mortgage processing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage loan processing with consistent accuracy.
- Maintain strong organization and effective communication with customers and business partners regarding loan decisions and underwriting guidelines.
- Proactively request, obtain, and track needed documents for loan submission and final approval.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reporting meetings with loan originators.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.
- Expertise in analyzing income and familiarity with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans within the last 2-5 years.
- Knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of compliance and TRID regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, flexible, production-oriented work environment.
- U.S. work authorization, reliable transportation, and references are required.
