Compliance Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to manage all regulatory compliance functions within our organization. This role demands ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, performing regular audits, and offering guidance to maintain continual adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to all pertinent financial regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct routine compliance audits and compile detailed reports for management review.
• Formulate and enforce compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and advise the company on necessary compliance modifications.
• Train and assist staff on matters related to compliance.
• Serve as the main liaison with regulatory agencies, managing compliance inquiries and inspections.

Qualifications

• Possession of at least a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience in a compliance role with comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance management.
• Excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to effectively relay compliance requirements to employees and management.
