Job description
Overview
This position supports the promotion and sales of the company's pharmaceutical and wellness products, targeting healthcare professionals to meet sales objectives and foster long-term client relations. It is a role based in ARAC, a subsidiary company, focusing on scientific communication and contributing to the organization's expansion in the designated territory.
Key Duties
- Professionally endorse the company's product line.
- Secure and process customer purchase orders.
- Manage near-expiry product inventory to minimize losses and enhance profitability.
- Provide consistent feedback on customer issues and needs to relevant teams.
- Submit daily reports to the wellness supervisor regarding activities and challenges.
- Oversee daily operational tracking, addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
- Report market insights regularly to assess the effectiveness of implemented plans.
- Maintain and update the customer database rigorously.
- Regularly assess and segment customers to establish KPIs for the cosmeceutical business unit.
- Maintain continuous market presence to ensure up-to-date information flow through the CRM platform.
- Plan and follow through on scheduled operations and strategy executions.
- Implement marketing strategic initiatives effectively.
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of two years experience within cosmetic companies.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
