Responsibilities
- Advise clients from energy-intensive industries at the intersection of economic-regulatory and technical issues.
- Identify potential energy-related opportunities in taxation, levies, grids, procurement, energy policy, and risk avoidance, representing client interests vis-à-vis grid operators, authorities, energy traders, and brokers.
- Support projects concerning the strategic full energy cost situation of large clients, including those with an international context.
- Maintain sustained relationships with clients at top management level, including occasional onsite meetings.
- Contribute daily to ensuring clients are optimally positioned in terms of cost and risk across the entire energy spectrum.
Candidate Profile
- Highly customer-oriented with strong communication skills and a personable demeanor that enhances presentation abilities.
- Quickly grasps complex relationships and possesses analytical competence.
- Demonstrates high motivation and willingness to promptly take on responsibility.
- Holds a Master's degree, for example in industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with fluent business English skills.
- Knowledge of market and economic processes in the financial and energy sectors is advantageous, as is project experience such as internships in this domain.
- International experience (semester abroad, internships, work and travel) is appreciated but not required.
