About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering essential IT support across the Pacific plant in Hastings. It serves as the first point of contact for technology issues, helping keep systems running smoothly for both office teams and manufacturing operations.
The role covers a broad mix of technology, including hardware, business applications, production systems, CCTV, physical and software security tools, telephony, and network infrastructure. You will also assist with the IT side of Operational Technology systems that support core production activities, working closely with site engineers and operational staff. The position is practical and varied, involving time on the processing floor as well as in office areas. It also includes support for local and national projects, user training, and participation in an on-call roster.
Key Responsibilities
