Located in Sydney CBD, this full-time, office-based position is with a dynamic, expanding company focused on AI and cutting-edge technologies. We are establishing a new IT Project Manager role to support our growing project commitments. This is a fresh position aimed at shaping project planning, management, and delivery, supported by a cooperative internal team.

Role Details

The role is ideal for an experienced Project Coordinator or a Junior Project Manager aiming to assume greater responsibility. You will collaborate closely with both technical teams and internal stakeholders to oversee technology projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include setting priorities, monitoring progress, managing deadlines, communicating updates, and facilitating issue resolution as they come up.

You will not be managing multiple projects immediately but will gradually take on individual projects and expand your responsibilities as the company scales. This position requires a practical, hands-on individual who enjoys organizing project workflows, working collaboratively, and driving progress within a team.
