Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments through financial analysis, commercial due diligence, and preparation of materials for the investment committee.
• Support the execution of transactions, including negotiations, legal paperwork, and closing activities.
• Work alongside portfolio businesses to review performance, assist with governance, and spot opportunities to create value.
• Help with fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and the preparation of reports and communications for investors.

Experience and skills

• Ideally 2–4 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, banking, or a closely related financial services environment.
• Solid financial analysis and modelling capability, with the judgement to evaluate business performance, investment prospects, and commercial risk.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to produce reports, presentations, and investment documents for senior stakeholders.
