Role Overview
This position is for a Live Chat Customer Support Executive based in Chennai. The job is focused on assisting customers through chat, solving their issues smoothly, and keeping service quality aligned with financial-services compliance standards.

What You Will Do
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through live chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional way.
- Work through customer complaints effectively while following company rules and process guidelines.
- Use prior exposure to fintech, banking, or chat-based customer support processes to manage interactions efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The employer is seeking applicants with at least 1 year of experience in live chat, email support, or other non-voice customer support roles. Strong English communication skills are important for this position. Any graduate, including both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates, may apply.
Work Schedule and Conditions
- This is a 5-day working role with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Shift timing will be rotational and may include night shifts.
- Work location is Shriram Gateway, Perungalathur, within the specified boundary limits.
- The interview process will be conducted virtually.
- Immediate joiners are preferred, specifically candidates who can join within July 2026.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation offered is up to INR 5.5 LPA.
- Two-way cab facility will be provided.
