About the Role
Skillcase is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our foundation team in Bengaluru. This position requires engaging directly with aspiring nurses, providing guidance through their career pathways, and managing the entire sales process thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound contact with potential candidates by phone to understand their aspirations and provide career guidance.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Skillcase’s offerings, such as learning German and working opportunities in Germany, tailoring the pitch to each nurse's current situation.
- Take full ownership of the sales funnel, starting from the initial interaction to successful enrollment; consistently follow up to close deals and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Achieve enrollment targets by keeping detailed records of lead progress and maintaining data accuracy in CRM platforms or spreadsheets.
- Contribute to developing sales playbooks, assist in onboarding new members to the sales team, and support the expansion and refinement of the business development function.
Additional Information
The monthly compensation ranges between 25000 and 50000 INR based on performance. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Candidates with a passion for sales and interest in healthcare career pathways are encouraged to apply.
