Our client, a well-established Irish-owned contract catering and hospitality services company operating across multiple locations nationwide, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the HR function with an emphasis on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and compliance.
• Lead all permanent and temporary recruitment efforts, managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
• Provide managerial guidance on employee relations, handling disciplinary actions, grievances, absence, and performance issues.
• Champion employee engagement and retention programs.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to Irish employment legislation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems, produce reports and recruitment metrics, and support policy development and audits.
• Regularly visit multiple business sites to support managers and employees, contribute to new site openings, and help sustain a positive employee experience across locations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience managing HR operations in a multi-site environment.
• Sound knowledge of Irish employment law and best HR practices.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience in employee relations within hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, or similarly fast-paced sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Valid driving licence and readiness to travel regularly across multiple locations.
