About the Role
A prominent fintech organisation headquartered in China is establishing its regional hub in Singapore and seeks an HR Business Partner Director to drive the people agenda. This senior leadership position is newly created to support rapid expansion across Asia and into global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior business leaders in multiple countries within the region.
- Align talent and organisational strategies to business goals to enable growth and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations for integrated people solutions.
- Support transformational change initiatives and foster a high-performance culture within a fast-evolving fintech environment.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and cross-border employment compliance.
- Engage with regional and global stakeholders and manage complex matrixed environments with strong stakeholder relationship management.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive HR Business Partner experience within fintech, technology, financial services, or similarly fast-growing dynamic sectors.
- Proven ability to support regional business leaders across multiple countries with strategic HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, along with regional exposure.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
