Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time HR Recruiter with a background in the construction sector to support recruitment efforts for the team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on managing end-to-end hiring activities for a range of construction-related positions.
What You Will Do
You will handle the recruitment workflow from talent sourcing through interviews and candidate evaluation, ensuring timely hiring support for roles across the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the construction industry is essential.
- Strong capability in finding candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicant suitability.
- Experience in writing job descriptions and shaping recruitment plans is required.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment while meeting hiring deadlines is important.
