Qualifications

• Strong capability in finding candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicant suitability.
• Experience in writing job descriptions and shaping recruitment plans is required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an added advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment while meeting hiring deadlines is important.
