Role Overview

As a vital member of our Human Resources team, you will align our people strategy with business goals, foster company values, and cultivate a positive work environment. This role demands practical problem-solving abilities and the skill to nurture relationships at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle process for our expanding and globally distributed workforce.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across Germany, France, and the Netherlands to mitigate legal risks and maintain compliance.
• Engage in probation reviews, annual evaluations, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a new HR software system from inception.
• Serve as a liaison between management and staff by addressing requests, concerns, or disputes with tact and empathy.
• Provide leadership guidance to strengthen middle management capabilities.
• Handle administrative duties such as monitoring sickness rates and tracking annual leave.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in HR functions and employee management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of German or French labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in English plus fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or other relevant languages.
• Outstanding listening skills coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Trustworthiness with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and discretion.
