Role Overview
The company is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to strengthen its finance function. In this role, you will partner closely with finance leaders and contribute directly to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.
Key Tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and related collections work.
- Handle notifications for foreign payments that must be reported.
- Carry out the dunning workflow.
- Perform account clarification and reconciliation activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and debtors regarding payment arrangements.
- Process travel and expense claims.
- Support financial planning activities.
- Take care of general office administration and back-office support.
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing customer receivables.
- Hands-on experience with travel expense administration.
- Exposure to handling reportable foreign payments.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Background in financial planning work.
- Commercial training, preferably with education in financial accounting.
- Strong command of English; German proficiency is preferred.
- Dependable, accurate, and highly attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and on your own.
