Responsibilities
- Manage work permit processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate training sign-ups and track course confirmations and payment follow-ups.
- Check invoices, prepare purchase requisitions, and oversee goods received handling.
- Provide administrative support for items such as stationery, uniforms, and safety shoes.
- Communicate with government agencies and authorities, including MOM, on HR matters, surveys, and reporting.
- Work with site staff and dormitory operators as needed.
- Update substitution records in the attendance system.
- Handle leave processing and submit hold-pay requests.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Keep employee records current and accurately maintained.
- Assist with regulatory surveys and management reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, ideally gained in an HR-related role.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong accuracy, organisation, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Good interpersonal skills and clear communication ability.
