Role overview
This position is for an HR Executive who will handle core people-operations tasks such as hiring support, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration. The role is focused on keeping HR processes running smoothly and helping create a positive experience for employees.
What you will do
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding support.
- Keep employee information and HR files up to date and accurate.
- Help manage joining and exit processes for employees.
- Answer routine HR questions from employees and provide administrative assistance.
- Help organize training, engagement initiatives, and internal HR activities.
- Draft HR-related reports and maintain sensitive staff data securely.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related administration when needed.
- Follow company rules and employment laws in daily HR operations.
- Contribute to better HR workflows and administrative processes.
- Work with managers and staff to support everyday HR needs.

Qualifications
- Good spoken and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.

- Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.

- Comfortable learning quickly and adapting to a busy work environment.
