Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati is hiring a Homebuyer Eligibility & Certification Coordinator to help qualified families move smoothly through the homeownership program. This is a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the 32 hours of homeownership education, monitor attendance, collect survey responses, and help improve the class experience; provide backup support for class facilitation when needed.
  • Handle the monthly income certification workflow for each homebuyer from approval until closing, ensuring income and debt information is reviewed every month so program eligibility remains intact.
  • Support homebuyer selection application meetings throughout the service area as part of outreach efforts.
  • Complete annual QLO training for Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, along with the HFHI ABA course.
  • Evaluate applications, advise applicants, and assist with the homebuyer selection process.
  • Protect the confidentiality of homeowner applications and all related homebuyer records.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Background in income verification for lending, assistance, banking, or social service programs.
  • Experience monitoring program eligibility for multiple funding sources.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
