Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Manager/Sales Manager to join our team at Mangoanalytics Ai Private Limited, operating across Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The role involves promoting home loan and loan against property (LAP) financing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and channel partners from the open market.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to achieve business goals.
- Provide daily operational assistance to channel partners to ensure smooth business function.
- Take responsibility for meeting monthly sales targets and tracking associated business metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass.
- Proven sales abilities, including skills in rapport building and negotiation.
- Good command of written and spoken communication.
- Previous work experience preferably in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and DSAs, specifically within mortgage products like home loans and LAP.
- Possession of personal transport and a strong local industry network are desirable attributes.
- Fluency in the relevant regional language is an added advantage.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 20,000 to INR 43,000.
