Role Overview and Responsibilities
This role goes beyond standard reporting, involving close collaboration with clinical, finance, and operations leadership. The primary goal is to transform data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and help organize the data environment within a rapidly expanding organization.
- Analyze diverse datasets from Electronic Medical Records (EMR), financial, operational, and marketing systems.
- Provide insights that drive strategic decisions rather than merely generating reports.
- Become proficient with EMR systems to support clinical staff effectively.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across various datasets.
- Support efforts to optimize inventory management and cost efficiencies.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that span multiple departments.
- Enhance the standardization and structure of internal reporting processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 accompanied by a full benefits package.
