Job description

About the Role

Crystalia Glass LLC is searching for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead sustainable revenue growth and broaden our footprint across the United States. This role is designed for a driven growth architect rather than someone focused on maintenance, who has a demonstrated history of expanding business, entering new markets, scaling operations, enforcing disciplined CRM practices, and handling complex, high-value sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy aimed at scaling the business and seizing new market opportunities.
  • Prioritize high-value B2B revenue growth, focusing on dealer networks, commercial bid projects, and Union-related projects, while also addressing B2C and government markets as secondary targets.
  • Design, build, and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on accountability, engagement, and development.
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline, with proficiency in HubSpot, and utilize sales reporting and analytics to enhance the sales process.
  • Manage comprehensive sales cycle activities, closely monitoring pipeline accuracy, conversion rates, sales cycle timing, discounting strategies, customer acquisition cost, and team/channel performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, project management, and estimating departments to ensure accurate quoting, smooth project execution, and excellent client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of sales experience, including 3 to 5+ years in a leadership capacity managing sales teams and managers.
  • Proven track record overseeing sales volumes exceeding $75 million.
  • Industry experience in custom construction, architectural products, building materials, commercial interiors, millwork, cabinetry, stone, flooring, manufacturing, or installation.
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales, dealer networks, and bidding/tendering processes; familiarity with B2C and government contracting is advantageous.
  • Experience selling high-ticket physical or custom products with lengthy sales cycles involving manufacturing or installation.
  • Strong data orientation, with advanced skills in CRM management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and margin management capabilities coupled with outstanding leadership qualities.

Benefits & Work Terms

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Onsite position working Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Autonomy over sales strategy with the opportunity to drive significant business growth in a fast-expanding American firm.
  • Chance to make a meaningful and impactful contribution to the company's success.
