Role overview

SciPro is hiring a senior sales leader to spearhead commercial expansion across the DACH market for an innovative healthcare technology business. The position focuses on scaling revenue, forging strategic alliances, and growing a strong enterprise sales organization within the healthcare sector.

What you will do

• Define and drive the commercial growth plan for the DACH region.
• Recruit, guide, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Manage complex B2B sales processes with healthcare providers, health systems, and strategic partners.
• Create and maintain executive-level relationships with important stakeholders in healthcare and digital health.
• Spot new market opportunities and develop partnership approaches.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Operations, and senior leadership to support successful customer outcomes.
• Represent the business at industry events and share market feedback to shape company strategy.

Candidate profile

• Significant background leading enterprise sales in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, AI, MedTech, or Healthcare IT.
• A strong record of winning complex enterprise contracts in regulated environments.
• Solid knowledge of the DACH healthcare market and procurement workflows.
• Exposure to selling to hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, or digital health companies.
• Excellent commercial leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with data-led forecasting, pipeline oversight, and sales performance management.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a genuine interest in improving healthcare through technology.
