Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product operations, product management operations, program management, or comparable roles within tech-oriented or product-centric companies.
• Demonstrated success in architecting or significantly improving operational frameworks within product teams.
• Proficient in guiding cross-functional planning processes, including quarterly cycles, goal alignment, roadmap synchronization, and execution monitoring.
• Strong familiarity with task management platforms, documentation tools, and collaboration software.
• Capability to devise effective operating models that avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and complexity.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to clarify complex subjects, mediate challenging discussions, and influence without formal authority.
