• High degree of autonomy and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced startup settings.
• A passion for applying AI tools such as Claude to amplify productivity and outcomes.
• An interest in government technology and a commitment to enhancing public service delivery.
• Capability to work remotely with occasional travel to NYC for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings.
