GTM Performance Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially astute GTM Performance Analyst to join an expanding Go-To-Market Strategy team based in Dublin. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance teams. The core duties include constructing Power BI dashboards, analyzing performance data, identifying growth prospects, and recommending actions that enhance business outcomes. Ongoing projects encompass dynamic pricing strategies, partner performance analysis, sales effectiveness improvements, and evaluating the impact of AI initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience within Sales Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Insights Analytics, or Performance Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL with demonstrated experience in handling and interpreting large datasets.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to support commercial or sales functions.
• Experience in sectors such as eCommerce, marketplaces, SaaS, travel, retail, or consumer services is highly advantageous.
