Role overview
This London-based, on-site role is for a commercially minded sales leader who can guide a B2B telesales team to strong and consistent results. The business is fast-growing and ambitious, and the position carries responsibility for both team leadership and revenue performance.
You will oversee a team of 6 sales executives, making sure their pipelines stay active, standards remain high, and monthly targets are achieved. The role suits someone who has progressed through B2B telesales and understands how day-to-day activity translates into revenue.
Key duties
- Lead, coach, and energise a team of 6 so they consistently exceed new business and renewal goals.
- Create and sustain a culture built on accountability, drive, and ongoing improvement.
- Put a structured, repeatable sales process in place and make sure it is followed across the team.
- Take ownership of performance management, including regular coaching, reviews, and individual capability development.
- Track KPIs and pipeline quality, then share performance updates with the leadership team.
- Partner with marketing and operations to keep sales activity aligned with wider growth objectives.

Package and benefits
- Basic salary of £45,000.
- On-target earnings of £75,000 to £100,000, with uncapped earning potential.
