Role overview

An established luxury hospitality group is hiring a General Manager in Singapore to take charge of its flagship portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a polished hospitality leader with deep experience in luxury hotel operations, commercial growth, service quality, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

The position reports to the Cluster General Manager and partners closely with key senior leaders. You will have overall responsibility for hotel operations, ensuring an outstanding guest journey, smooth day-to-day execution, strong brand alignment, and solid financial results. The role calls for someone who can motivate a high-performing team, improve revenue and profitability, and maintain strong relationships with owners and other stakeholders while protecting the property’s standing as a leading luxury destination.
