Our client operates at the cutting edge of healthcare technology and is expanding in size, complexity, and influence. They are seeking a highly experienced corporate leader to join their executive leadership team as Chief Corporate Officer, a newly established role.

Role Details

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Corporate Officer will lead enterprise-wide corporate functions to uphold governance excellence, stewardship, and organizational efficiency. This role involves managing senior functional leaders responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Information Technology, and other functional areas. As an executive team member, the officer will spearhead strategic planning and organizational alignment to help the company meet its objectives while effectively balancing operations, resources, and risk. Responsibilities include enhancing governance practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and cultivating a culture centered on accountability, transparency, and high performance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise leader with over 20 years of experience managing multiple corporate domains through senior executives within large, multifaceted organizations. Expertise is required in corporate governance, risk management, finance, procurement, contract oversight, and organizational leadership. Experience collaborating with public sector or government bodies is essential. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder relationship skills are valuable. Experience within tech-focused or digital transformation settings will be considered beneficial.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is around S$360,000 per annum plus a variable bonus component.
