Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. This role involves steering business expansion, meeting performance objectives, maintaining strong OEM partnerships, and ensuring excellence in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead dealership activities covering sales and after-sales service.
- Drive overall profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and monitor the performance of the dealership team.
- Collaborate effectively with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to align strategies.
- Implement operational best practices to achieve organizational goals.
