Role overview

This position supports front desk and guest services operations at The Abu Dhabi EDITION in Al Bateen Marina, Abu Dhabi. The role is part of Rooms & Guest Services Operations and is a non-management, full-time opportunity. The focus is not limited to standard arrival and departure formalities; instead, the goal is to create a memorable, seamless, and distinctive guest experience throughout the entire stay.

Guest Service Representatives are expected to take initiative, handle a variety of service needs, and help shape the overall guest journey. This includes responding to operational needs, handling guest requests, preparing reports, and sharing helpful local information in a way that adds value to the experience.
