About the Role

The Field Specialist I - WLE position offers an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual passionate about sales and proposals to join a successful team within a leading energy technology company. This role involves participation in the initial phase of the LEAD Program where the candidate will learn to operate the product line tools and services under guidance, eventually gaining the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Phase 1 of the LEAD Program, acquiring hands-on experience running tools and services related to the product line under the supervision of senior specialists.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out all assigned duties safely and according to company documentation standards.
• Execute business activities following Baker Hughes' policies and procedures.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering is essential.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles coupled with sound mechanical aptitude.
• Capability to develop proficiency in executing core jobs and services pertaining to the product line.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
